Flexibility. While many of the larger server providers focus on providing pre-racked servers with a limited number of specific operating systems and control panels all pre-installed, often from 'preferred partners', DediCentral instead believes in a strong culture of flexibility. Each of our servers are custom-built to order, allowing our customers to specify their exact hardware requirements and then choose from over a dozen operating systems options with nearly a dozen control panel choices. Finally, our partnerships allow us to deploy servers within three leading data centers, and so no matter what your connectivity requirements are we have a location to suit. Fairness. As a small dedicated server supplier, we are concerned with the success of each of our customers. As a result, we understand that certain things can come up from time to time - and as a result we try our best work with each of our customers to work our solutions that are satisfactory to all parties. Completeness. A complete server line, with something for everyone - hardware, software & support. Hardware - from Celeron and Sempron processors up to Dual Opteron and Xeon configurations. Software - Windows, Linux or FreeBSD topped with your favourite control panel. And Support - two simple options - 'self-managed' for the lowest price, and 'fully-managed' which includes full server monitoring and help with general maintenance and troubleshooting. | Why DediCentral? A word from Clipped Limited Director and our owner, Alasdair Stewart | ||

I have always felt that it’s important to have a full and complete understanding of the industry you work in – it’s no use to simply focus on your little corner of it. I want to understand what my customer’s needs are and what my customer’s customers expect. To this end, the journey that lead to the incorporation of Clipped Limited and quite possibly the server you are using now is a long and varied one. When I first saw the cPanel/WHM software back in 2002 at version 3, I knew this was something that would help transform the web hosting industry from something of the “elite” to something that everybody and anybody could and would use. By the end of 2003 I had joined the “hosting bandwagon”, providing services to over a 100 companies, organisations, local-authorities and individuals located in the UK, North America, and beyond. Since jumping aboard, I’ve rescued the failing phpManager/NeoManager billing software and later taking up a support position which I still hold today at WHMAutoPilot, another popular billing system for web-hosts. More recently, I became a Community Liaison (moderator) at the largest web hosting online discussion board and community, Web Hosting Talk. Few companies can claim to have such experienced “hands-on” individuals at the helm – and even fewer can claim all their staff have similar distinguished backgrounds within the industry. Since 2002, the hosting industry has changed dramatically but my goals have not. At Clipped Limited and DediCentral I have a single guiding aim – total customer satisfaction. As a customer of DediCentral, I want you to be safe in the knowledge that not only do we understand dedicated servers, but that we understand the larger market and have the experience and knowledge to support you. Working with other like-minded individuals, partnering with market leaders, and avoiding cost-saving ‘corner-cutting’, I believe this goal is easily achievable.
