Anyone can sell a box - it's easy. You buy your components, you hire someone to put it together, you plug it into a network and then you can pass it off as a 'server'.

At DediCentral, we don't sell a box. We sell solutions built from high quality components, a choice of operating systems and control panels, and importantly, we support it.

As our servers are 'unmanaged' or 'self managed', we only assist with network issues, hardware failures and reboot requests. We do however understand that many people prefer or require to have support available for software and configuration issues, and that's why we offer our server management package.

The server management package costs $30 per month, and can be selected either when ordering your server on our order form or purchased at any point after by emailing our sales team. Our server management service is ideal for everyone - whether you simply need a 'fall back' or require a full administration service. Please see below for a full list of what our service includes.

Please note that we currently only offer a server management package for servers running CentOS, Fedora or Red Hat Enterprise Linux with the cPanel/WHM control panel. We do not support other operating systems or control panels at this time.

Important Notes

A seperate helpdesk with dedicated staff is used for all server management issues in order to ensure we provide the highest standard of service

Once ordered, it will take 1-48 hours to setup your helpdesk access and for this to be available to you. This means that if you do not order the server management package and then have a problem which you are unable to solve, our server management service will not be immediately available to you and our standard setup time applies. If you believe you may need assistance with software or configuration issues, we therefore strongly recommend purchasing our server management service in advance to ensure we are there to help you when required.

The minimum contract period for our server management service is one month. You may cancel or add the server management package from your account at any time.
