Anyone can sell a box - it's easy. You buy your components, you hire someone to put it together, you plug it into a network and then you can pass it off as a 'server'.

At DediCentral, we don't sell a box. We sell solutions built from high quality components, a choice of operating systems and control panels, and importantly, we support it.

DediCentral Support

All of our support options are available through our dedicated support portal, myClippedServer. From here you can access the billing system, online reboot portal, RTG Bandwidth graphs and helpdesk.

Server Reboots

All server reboot requests need to go through our online reboot portal. This submits your request directly to the datacentre floor staff, ensuring your reboot is performed as quickly as possible.

Reboot requests are not accepted via email or our helpdesk.

Billing, Sales/Upgrades and non-server Support

You can submit and track tickets to our billing, sales and support departments via our online helpdesk.

When you submit your email, please ensure you use a descriptive subject and include your server ID and server IP. Once we have recieved your email, you will also automatically recieve an auto-response containing a ticket ID. Please use this when referencing this ticket/issue in the future. If you do NOT recieve a ticket-id automatically within a few minutes, we have not recieved your email.

Fully Managed Customers

If you have a fully managed server from us, please refer to the email you were sent after ordering for the management helpdesk URL and your login information.
